** As a
** Manufacturing Team Leader**, you’ll play a key role in driving a safe, high‑performing operation where your team delivers quality fabricated products on time. You’ll lead daily activity, support your people and champion continuous improvement to keep performance moving forward.

* What You Will Do:

** As
** Manufacturing Team Leader**, your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead by example in safety, promoting a Stop to Fix culture and using Speak Up, Listen Up to maintain a proactive, Safety‑Driven environment.
* Monitor Health & Safety, People, Quality, Velocity and Cost metrics in line with CPS standards.
* Lead and support Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs) to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
* Run daily start‑of‑shift meetings and resolve safety, quality, staffing and production issues quickly.
* Communicate clearly across departments to maintain smooth and aligned operations.
* Plan proactively for upcoming staffing, quality, safety and production needs.
* Coach, motivate and develop your team, maintaining an accurate skills matrix.
