The role:In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and performance, turning global trends into active participation. You’ll report straight to the CMO and join a 29-person marketing team covering acquisition, partnerships, and product.
With a path to a future Head-level role, it’s perfect for someone who lives online, thinks in markets, acts fast, and can turn momentum into real growth.
Responsibilities- Shape strategy and positioning by running the full marketing plan, defining value across sports, crypto, politics and culture, and spotting trends to guide product direction
- Understand the audience and market by analysing user behaviour, motivations and competitor activity to find opportunities and improve product fit
- Lead launches and manage the product lifecycle from concept to live while keeping campaigns aligned with marketing, CRM and community initiatives
- Collaborate across teams including Product, Trading, Social, CRM and Partnerships to make sure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand and integrated
- Measure performance, optimise strategies using data, report insights to leadership, and create materials that communicate the product’s value internally and externally
- At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing, proposition management or growth strategy within prediction markets, crypto trading, fintech or sports betting
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital or trading‑related products
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn market insight into business results
- Deep understanding of prediction, trading and crypto‑native audiences
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across marketing, product and trading teams
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
- Familiar with blockchain, tokenised economies and Web3 behaviours
- Work with a cutting‑edge team in crypto gaming
