We are currently inviting applications for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and driven individual to join our Clubhouse Food and Beverage Team.

This part‑time Barista role will support the morning bar service and involve preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks. Due to the nature of the business will involve weekend working.

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a Customer First attitude.
• Providing quality beverages for Members and Guests, by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Cleaning, organising and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Cleaning service and seating areas.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to Members and Guests.
• Taking and processing Member and Guest orders.
• Receiving and processing customer payments

• Preferred experience in Hospitality Sector, but not essential.
• Passion for Consistently Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment regularly and reliably serving drinks in an efficient manner.
• High level of attention‑to‑detail.
• Good knowledge of coffee and hot drinks.
• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Positive and approachable manner and ability to Collaborate with Purpose.
• Availability to work shifts including weekends.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work, always able to Consider What's Next.
