We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to become a valued member of our dedicated kitchen team at Melbourne School
.

As a key part of our service, you’ll support the Kitchen Supervisor with a variety of tasks, including:

• Food preparation and cooking
• Portion control
• Allergen compliance
• Setting up the dining room
• Helping provide a warm, welcoming lunchtime service

You may work in our production kitchen or at a servery unit — either way, no two days are the same!

Our Catering Assistants are the smiling faces our hungry customers look forward to seeing each day. You’ll play an important role in:

• Creating positive lunchtime memories
• Maintaining high standards in food hygiene
• Ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience

We’re looking for someone who can bring the right attitude, energy and professionalism to a school environment.

Successful applicants will complete the NVQ Food Hygiene Certificate upon appointment.
