Store Manager / Trainee Store Manager

Mallusk & Lisburn

Salary: £30,000-£38,000 (DOE)

Hours:

40 hrs, Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm)

Additional:
One Saturday per month (remote phone support, 9am-2pm)

Ready to grow your career in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager or Trainee Store Manager to support daily operations across multiple storage sites, with occasional ad‑hoc travel.

The Role

You'll help oversee day‑to‑day store operations, deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain high site standards. This is a hands‑on role offering strong development opportunities within a growing sector.

• Manage sales enquiries, advise on storage solutions, and promote merchandise and insurance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store presentation standards
• Support team performance and contribute to a positive working environment
• Confidently handle daily negotiations and suggest local marketing ideas
• Complete administrative duties including customer contracts and debt management
• Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store
• Assist with general store operations and contribute to business growth
