- Identify new sales opportunities for projects on the BIM, construction automation, and Digital Twins solution.
- Driving the promotion and sales of Bentley Systems and CYPE software
, including licenses, renewals, subscriptions, technical support, and training services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
, acting as a trusted advisor on Bentley Systems and CYPE software solutions for their projects. - Demonstrate and sell Bentley’s suite of products including BIM, iTwin, and other digital engineering solutions, tailoring presentations to meet client-specific needs.
- Promote training and application implementation services
, guiding customers to enhance their use of Bentley software for maximum efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, and proactively offer insights to clients on how Bentley’s software can solve their evolving challenges
. - Work closely with the technical support and project teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales quotas, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress.
- A degree in engineering, IT, business, or related fields
- Min 2 years of experience in software or technology sales
, especially within engineering, architecture, or construction
, is a strong advantage. - Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Bentley Systems & CYPE products or other similar software platforms will be an advantage.
- A strong interest in advance technology with the ability to learn and present advanced software features.
