Business Development Manager – Microsoft Business Applications
Permanent (basic salary + double OTE)
Home based in the UK - occasional travel to customers
Must be SC Clearable - no sponsorship can be offered
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and helping customers get real value from the Microsoft ecosystem. If you have an expertise in Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), understand how Azure and AI fit into the picture, and like working in a collaborative, supportive team — this role is for you.
What you’ll do- Own the full sales process from first conversation to close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across D365 ERP, CRM/CE, and Power Platform.
- Generate and qualify new leads — you’re someone who likes going out and finding the opportunity.
- Partner with pre‑sales, delivery, and marketing on demos, proposals, and events.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other tech partners.
- Work closely with delivery to make sure projects land well and clients stay happy long‑term.
- Speak confidently with senior stakeholders and help them understand business impact quickly.
- Experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365 ERP/Business Central, CRM/CE).
- A natural new‑business mindset — proactive, commercial, and curious.
- Existing Microsoft relationships or solid understanding of the partner ecosystem.
- Good knowledge of Azure, AI, cloud services, or CSP licensing.
- Someone who can hold their own in conversations with C‑suite leaders.
- Strong demand in the market — real opportunities to grow
- A team that works together, not in silos.
- Plenty of support from Microsoft and other partners.
