Supply Chain Forecaster

We're currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 - just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. • Providing accurate Retail & E‑commerce forecasts to support effective resource planning.
• Managing inbound inventory in line with the agreed WSSI forecast.
• Leading the booking‑in team to ensure they meet the requirements and expectations of key stakeholders.
• Providing detailed reporting and analysis on Supplier Compliance and Jira tickets, including root‑cause investigation and insight generation.
• Building strong, sustainable working relationships with DHL and other key operational partners.
• Reviewing and developing processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and improve performance.

• Has strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting methods, warehouse operations, and ERP/data analytics tools.
• Brings excellent analytical capability and experience using ERP, WMS, or other supply‑chain systems.
• Demonstrates confident leadership and team‑management skills.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with stakeholders, simplifying complexity into clear actions.
• Works well under pressure, balancing tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Can influence others and drive improvements in forecasting, planning, and operational processes.
