Site Supervisor

This position will require extensive travel throughout the UK and an enhanced DBS check will be completed.

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of the highest quality construction and refurbishment of small pitches, play areas and MUGAs. You will work closely with the Contracts Team and contractors to ensure a smooth-running project from beginning to end.

• To support the Contracts Manager and Contracts Director in the effective and best value planning, construction and delivery of the highest quality sports surfaces across the UK.
• To provide good leadership and supervision of the installations site operatives and third-party sub-contractors to ensure that construction and installations work is undertaken professionally and in full compliance with the client brief.

• Previous experience working in construction is essential.
• Happy to work outdoors and be willing to support the business during peak summer months.
• Able to work away from home regularly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
• A full driving licence is necessary.
• A willingness to learn and adapt as and when required.
• Previous experience working with sports surfaces would be beneficial.
