As our Receptionist, youll make every clients first impression memorablewhile primarily managing and directing a significant volume of incoming calls. Key Focus Areas
1. Telephone Engagement Be the friendly, professional voice of Boyd Rice Solicitors. The majority of your role will involve handling and directing a significant volume of incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every caller feels valued and supported.
2. Post & Communication Management Take ownership of all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring information flows smoothly and securely throughout the firm.
3. Client Interaction & Hospitality Meet and greet clients and visitors with genuine enthusiasm. Youll set the tone for their visit, offer refreshments, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared to the highest standard. Additional Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Maintain the professional presentation of reception and meeting areas. Process payments at reception when required. Step in to support other business needs as required your adaptability and team spirit will be appreciated.

Experience:
