Overview

PSHE Teacher – Online, Fully Remote – ASAP Start – Permanent (Employed directly by the school) – £35,000- £45,000 Depending on experience

Forever Education is supporting a unique independent SEN group that provides therapeutic education for children and young people with special educational and neurodiverse learning needs. They are looking for a PSHE Teacher to join their Online School delivering PSHE to students across KS2-KS5 on a fully remote basis. You will look at our pupils holistically and carry out specific direct educational work supporting our pupils in achieving their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and personal aspirations.

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive PSHE lessons across KS2-KS5
• Differentiate learning to support students of all abilities and backgrounds
• Encourage exploration of key life skills, including emotional wellbeing, relationships, financial literacy, resilience, and citizenship
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support personal development
• Support students in developing confidence, self-awareness, and resilience alongside their academic journey
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the PSHE curriculum and departmental initiatives
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful online classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school's policies

• Must have QTS / QTLS
• Substantial experience of supporting neurodiverse children or with ASC and/or SEMH and an understanding of potential implications for communication, learning and behaviour patterns
• Working knowledge of National Curriculum, KS requirements and Code of Practice for SEND
• Knowledge and awareness of Safeguarding & Child Protection Procedures

• Graded “Outstanding" in latest Ofsted report
