Rokesly Schools consist of a Nursery & Infant school and Junior school, offering a supportive, dynamic and vibrant provision for children aged 3 – 11 with excellent education opportunities. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Clubs Administrator to join our busy school offices. Your role will involve:
- Managing the administration of our wraparound and extended day provision
- Ensuring data and information is accurate
- Dealing with enquiries
- Allocating payments
- Ordering resources
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working in a child-focused environment
- Be excellent at communicating with a range of people who visit our school
- Be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Have good ICT skills and must have GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will be committed to the school and will contribute to all aspects of school life, as a valued member of the school community.
