A global real estate development group is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeller to join its design team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing innovative engineering solutions for luxury villas and boutique hotels. Responsibilities include supporting design engineering, collaborating with architects and ensuring compliance with building codes. A degree in Engineering or related field, along with proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, is required.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week and working hours aligned with central European time.
