- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency group reporting, consolidation, and management accounting
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting
- Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in corporate governance is desirable
- Lead the group reporting function, producing management accounts and executive reporting
- Manage the budget and forecasting process
- Oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and improve reporting systems to support financial planning
- Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and insight to support business decisions
- Manage and develop a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting on time
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems
- Support integration of new business units or entities into reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments on financial projects and analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Work without access to support for professional development and growth
