H&P is supporting a global advertising production consultancy helping major brands maximise the value, transparency, and efficiency of marketing production. Backed by a large Private Equity firm the business is scaling rapidly across regions and disciplines.

Our Client is hiring a Commercial Accountant with a strong FP&A focus to strengthen insight, control, and decision‑making across the business.

This role goes beyond reporting. You will build and refine KPI dashboards and performance packs that explain what’s happening and why
, supporting senior stakeholders with insight across utilisation, recovery, client profitability, margin, and revenue forecasting.

You will work closely with the CFO and Commercial Manager and play an active role in stakeholder meetings and commercial reviews.

• Build and maintain weekly and monthly KPI dashboards (utilisation, recovery, client profitability, margin)
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance packs with variance analysis vs budget and forecast
• Support revenue recognition and forecasting cycles, including mid‑month burn and utilisation reviews
• Act as a key owner of commercial data quality within Paprika
  , reviewing job setup, estimates, and workflows
• Customise and build Paprika dashboards beyond standard templates
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight, commentary, and challenge where required
• Experience in a project‑based, timesheet‑driven business (advertising, production, marketing services, or similar)
• Strong FP&A capability with the ability to build dashboards and analysis from scratch
• Solid understanding of utilisation, WIP, margin, and revenue recognition
• Paprika experience highly desirable
• Part‑qualified or QBE candidates welcome; understanding concepts matters more than letters
