Operations Manager (Market Research)

Location;
United Kingdom - Remote

I am representing a leading healthcare market research consultancy based in the UK. They are searching for an operations manager; this role would include the following responsibilities:

• Compliance & data protection - Ensure adherence to client MSAs, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Internal projects & process improvement - Lead and support internal operational projects to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Team support & operational admin - Provide hands-on support to the team with operational queries and challenges.
• IT & systems support - Maintain a live database of company devices (laptops, phones, etc.) and support the replacement and allocation of equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Experience in an operational or compliance role, ideally within a healthcare, research or insights environment.
• Familiarity with GDPR, pharmacovigilance standards, and client service agreements.
• Experience managing internal audits, reviewing policies, and implementing improvements.
• Experience with external vendors and IT providers.
