Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Strangford Supported Living team. You will support individuals to develop independence, implement person-centred plans, and collaborate with Team Leaders to run group and individual programs.
You will promote a safe living environment, manage conflicts using appropriate techniques, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies while completing required training and administrative duties.
