Are you an experienced SAP HCM professional with a passion for payroll and HR solutions? We’re looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our AMS team and deliver expert-level support to UK clients, fully remote.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for SAP HCM UK Payroll, HR, and related modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system performance.
  • Guide clients on best practices and advise on HR/payroll processes and compliance.
  • Coordinate minor system enhancements, updates, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience with SAP HCM UK/Ireland Payroll and related modules.
  • Deep understanding of operational payroll, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex situations.
  • Someone who wants to learn and grow.
  • Experience handling high-volume client support with SLA focus.
  • Success Factors knowledge is a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex topics clearly.
