Contract: Outside IR35

Rate: €120k-€140k total payment

(Approx. €800-€1,100/day if key milestones are met)

iO Associates has partnered with a Defence Consultancy to recruit a senior-level C4

ISR consultant to support NATO and defence organisations in shaping the policy, governance, and future evolution of C3/C4

ISR capabilities
, with a strong focus on interoperability
.

• Expert knowledge of NATO C4
  
  ISR systems
  , emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of NATO C3 policies and directives
  , including the NATO C3 Interoperability Policy and NATO Enterprise C3 Interoperability Directive
  .
• Proven experience across the full C4
  
  ISR/IT system lifecycle (analysis, design, engineering, development, integration, implementation).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex C4
  
  ISR capability development projects
  .
• Strong background in producing technical documentation (reports, specifications).
• Experience working within NATO committees and working groups
  , particularly on capability development and interoperability.
• Expertise using and maintaining Wikimedia / Semantic Media Wiki platforms.
