A leading global fintech platform is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation across their payments infrastructure. The platform enables businesses to collect, manage, split, and disburse funds efficiently, helping marketplaces and platforms handle complex, multi-party transactions while staying compliant.

• Own a product domain (e.g., payouts, wallets, or card solutions) and define the strategic roadmap.

• Lead initiatives that enhance functionality, scalability, and the overall client experience.

• Translate customer needs into actionable features and improvements.

• Use data and insights to prioritize work and measure the impact of product initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and external partners to deliver solutions.

• Mentor and guide other product managers to grow the team’s capabilities.

• 5+ years in Product Management within Fintech or payments-focused environments.

• Hands-on experience with payouts, multi-party fund flows, or marketplace transactions.

• Familiarity with payment APIs, front-end/back-end systems, and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, drive delivery, and influence cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial flows to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus: experience with AI, crypto, or emerging payment technologies.

• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and results.
