• Design with purposeusing Canva to craft visually compelling posts, carousels, animations, and short-form videos.
• Engage communitiesby overseeing timely responses and fostering meaningful interactions across platforms.
• Drive insightsby consolidating social media performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Champion innovationby staying ahead of trends and piloting new formats, tools, and channels.
• Ensure alignment with Gallagher’s global brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and governance policies.

• Has 1-3+ years of experience in social media coordination roles.
• Is proficient in Canva, with a strong visual eye for design and brand consistency.
• Understands social media platforms like Linked In and Facebook, especially for B2B audiences.
• Thrives in collaborative environments, working across regions, time zones, and teams.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and audiences.
• Is skilled in analytics, interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
• Brings creativity and organization, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
