What will your day look like:

As a Subsidence Claims Specialist
, you’ll manage your own portfolio of domestic and commercial claims from first notification through to settlement. Working from a fully supported home‑based environment, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, coordinating investigations, solutions, and communication between all key stakeholders.

Every day offers something different: one moment you're analysing an arboricultural report, the next you’re liaising with surveyors or approving a repair schedule. You’ll use your technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and customer‑focused mindset to drive claims to the right outcome.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, ensuring work is completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Make informed decisions to settle or decline claims within your delegated authority limits.
  • Produce, update, and quality‑check building repair schedules using our in‑house Schedule of Rates.
Knowledge and Abilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for policyholders, insurers, surveyors, local authorities, and third‑party specialists.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and fair communication—promoting our commitment to treating customers fairly at all times.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers such as arboriculture consultants, site investigation teams, and drainage contractors.
  • Oversee the appointment and performance of third‑party suppliers, ensuring their work supports accurate diagnosis and efficient settlement.
  • Review surveyor and audit reports to validate findings and support the claim strategy.
