** Essential Duties
*** Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Lead and support cross-functional teams (software, hardware, product, design, QA, operations) to ensure effective execution and goal attainment.
* Oversee execution of all projects to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, blockers, and conflicts.
* Coordinate inter-team dependencies and external constraints, maintaining alignment on priorities and delivery plans.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate program status, risks, issues, and progress.
* Develop, manage, and report on program budgets; track expenditures, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, best-practice implementation, and corrective actions.
* Support internal ISO audits and act as a key contact for external quality audits related to program and engineering processes.
** Primary Duties
*** Lead and coordinate program teams to achieve defined objectives.
* Ensure programs align with strategic and business goals.
* Communicate program status, priorities, and expectations to stakeholders.
* Delegate and oversee project activities to ensure timely execution.
* Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
* Manage program budgets and financial reporting.
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Apply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
** Essential Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree qualified in a relevant science-based honours degree in Electronics/Software/Mechanics Engineering/Information Technology, or a related field.
* PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
* 4+ years of relevant engineering industry experience in program management.
* Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with successful outcomes.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
