At Ageas, we’re looking for a Regional Contractor Performance Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the performance of our in‑house Building Repair Network (BRN). This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, data‑driven decision making, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our customers receive outstanding repair experiences while maintaining strong control of indemnity spend.
Working within a high‑performing Home Claims team and reporting to the Building Repair Network Operations Manager, you’ll manage contractor performance, carry out audits, support claims teams, and contribute to strategic improvements across our repair network.
Main Responsibilities as Regional Contractor Performance Lead- Manage contractor performance through reviews, data, and clear targets
- Carry out file audits and site inspections to ensure quality and cost control
- Identify risks and report insights to support decision‑making
- Support repair strategy, including large loss and subsidence cases
- Build strong relationships and provide technical support across stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of construction, property damage, and repair methods
- Good understanding of insurance claims and policy principles
- Clear, confident communicator who avoids technical jargon
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with solid numerical ability
- Flexible working – Smart Working within the UK and flexibility within the working day
