Mane are currently recruiting for a Shot Blaster for our client based in Northern Ireland.
As a Shot Blaster you will be required to prepare materials for powder coating to meet quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities- Shot blast parts to SA2.5 standard
- Fill, sand, smooth, and inspect components
- Set up, operate, and maintain preparation equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and SSOWs
- Meet production targets and quality requirements
- Report issues and support continuous improvement
- Assist with training and supporting team members
- 1+ year shot blasting experience (preferred)
- Good mechanical knowledge and tool use
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, positive, and safety focused
