Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime, product quality, and team productivity—helping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.
YOUR TASKS:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades
- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
THE ENVIRONMENT:

- Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
- Multiple shifts available, including potential overtime and weekend work
- Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around machinery
- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

Your profile
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency
- Comfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/ maintenance technology, manufacturing technologyor other related field
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or automation systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies
- Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends
