Monday to Friday, 06:00 15:00 Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Meat Production Operative to join a busy food production facility in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for stable, full-time employment. The role involves packing and preparing a variety of meat products, including burgers, chicken breasts, bacon, sausages, and other fresh and cooked meat products, ensuring all products meet quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Packing meat products into trays, boxes, and retail packaging Handling products such as burgers, chicken breasts, bacon, sausages, and other meat items Conducting visual quality checks on products before packing Labelling and preparing products for dispatch Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety Following company procedures and health & safety regulations Keeping work areas clean and organised Working efficiently to meet daily production targets Requirements Previous production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is desirable but not essential Ability to work in a CHILLED ENVIRONMENT Good attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Flexible approach to duties as required by the business
