Role Summary And Impact

The Digital Strategy Manager is a pivotal role responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective advertising and promotional strategies across both traditional (ATL) and digital channels. This role focuses on optimizing campaign performance through meticulous media planning, data-driven strategy development, and the execution of a test-and-learn agenda. The manager's impact is measured by achieving key performance indicators related to campaign quality (CTR, VWA, VTR) and efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROI), ensuring brand visibility, delivering significant cost savings against targets, preventing overspend, and driving high client satisfaction, directly contributing to the brand's market success and financial objectives.

  • Campaign Strategy:
    Design and manage advertising campaigns for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Media Expertise:
    Plan, select, and buy media efficiently, always looking for new ways to improve.
  • Data Analysis:
    Use data to build strategies, analyze campaign results, and make improvements.
  • Performance Focus:
    Track key metrics (like CTR, ROI, CPC) to ensure campaigns hit their goals and are efficient.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage campaign spending, aim for cost savings, and prevent overspending.
  • Client & Team

    Collaboration:

    Work well with clients and internal teams (like data specialists) to get things done.
  • Reporting:
    Create clear reports on campaign performance and optimization efforts.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, media partners, and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing support and actively participating in discussions.
  • Proactive communication style to report anomalies, alerts, and progress, keeping stakeholders informed at all times.
