** The Role
*** Strategically plan our digital/social programmes for our brands
* Develop creative earned media ideas to span across social and digital channels for new business pitches and client campaigns
* Partner with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics -, provide feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives
* Help upskill colleagues by sharing industry insights, trends and trainings – and always be on hand to offer advice and counsel
* Be proficient in planning organic and paid social and digital campaigns
* Be responsible for overseeing all end of month and post-campaign analysis reporting
* Ensuring profitability, as well as costing up and running social /digital budgets
* Be innovative, and advise on creative ways to enhance campaign performance
* Manage a test and learn’ approach to all paid social activities
* Be enthusiastic and proactive in handling a wide variety of work that will include a mix of retained accounts and short-term campaigns – and we pitch a lot!
