Job role and purpose

The Digital and Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and accelerate sales performance, strengthening our market presence across key regions. You will work closely with Senior Marketing Managers responsible for our Lifecycle Solutions, ensuring delivery of compelling campaigns, optimised digital touchpoints (including websites), and high‑quality content positioning the organisation as an industry leader.

This position is critical to creating impactful campaigns, elevating brand visibility, and enabling our teams to deliver exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will also be accountable for delivering brand and digital marketing initiatives associated with our joint venture with one of Europe’s largest banking groups, BNP Paribas 3 Step IT.

Main responsibilities & tasks Campaign development & execution
  • Lead planning, production, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns in line with Senior Marketing Managers' strategic plans.
  • Drive digital execution, including social media engagement and ongoing development of campaign hubs, incorporating assessment tools and interactive assets.
Sales enablement
  • Create and update sales tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, leave‑behinds, and training materials in line with Senior Marketing Managers’ strategy.
  • Support sales teams in North America, with potential adaptation of materials for BNP Paribas 3 Step IT countries and the Nordics.
  • Support development of materials for OEM partners and commercial teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
Brand development & management
  • Shape and evolve the 3step

    IT brand identity, ensuring consistent activation across channels.
  • Protect and enhance the brand through strong governance and creative development.
  • Oversee updates to the BNP Paribas 3 Step IT brand to ensure relevance and impact.
Digital marketing
  • Manage and update the 3step

    IT and BNP Paribas 3 Step IT websites, including content development and optimisation.
  • Provide support to local markets using digital tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Google Ads, Matomo).
Content production
  • Develop high‑quality content across formats (web, social, video, presentations, and sales materials) to support campaigns and organisational initiatives.
Events management
  • Plan and support events of varying scale, ensuring strong brand presence and audience engagement.
General marketing operations
  • Oversee marketing budget tracking and reporting.
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, events, and leadership needs.
  • Manage ad‑hoc marketing projects as required to support organisational goals.
