Sales Supervisor, Fig and Willow at Shades of Time Ltd

Fig and Willow is seeking a passionate and sales‑driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident, customer‑focused individual with a love for fashion accessories, gifts and people.

Our goal is to provide an inclusive and kind customer experience, providing additional assistance to customers when required.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and support daily store operations. Responsibilities include handling deliveries, stock management, key holder duties (opening and closing the store), and supporting colleagues when required. An interest in social media and creating engaging in‑store content would be beneficial. We are looking for someone well‑presented, creative, reliable, and flexible to work extra hours during peak trading periods such as Christmas.
