Shift pattern:
Various shifts evening & weekends. Monday to Friday (5pm-9pm), Saturday (9am-6pm) & Sunday (1pm-6pm) – all will be discussed at interview.

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customers’ day, every day. Here’s what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Delivering a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet high standards.

• Passion for people and creating an amazing experience.
• Honesty, strong communication skills and a willingness to listen, share ideas and get involved.
• Organisation and excellent attention to detail.
• A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in fashion and latest styles and trends.
