SPECIALIZED NOTTINGHAM, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE.
** Full-time, 40 hours per week
** Job Summary
** An integral position within the Specialized UK Retail Team; the Workshop Technician must excel at delivering service, working to time frames, empathising with the riders needs and committed to deliver above targets for the workshop and store team.
** What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
*** Serving customers in-store, by phone and other digital communication tools
* Building and checking bikes for display and prior to rider handover
* Checking in riders’ bikes and repairing as per the job expectation
* Processing warranty work, deliveries and stock transfers
* Completing stock checks and accurately recording anomalies
* General cleaning and maintenance of equipment
* Professional and friendly conduct at all times
* Completing any reasonable request made by leadership
** What you'll need to win:
*** Technically excellent with all manner of product
* Sound diagnostic capability
* Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously
* Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service
* Shop Floor, selling experience
* Numeracy and literacy skills
* Clear and effective communicator and diagnostics
* I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems

You will be part of the Store team, which means you will support on the shop floor with sales, delivering a premium service.
