We are looking for a skilled butcher to prepare high-quality products that meet customer and company requirements, while providing friendly and helpful service. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys delivering top-quality products and service.

£13.15 per hour

• Prepare different cuts of meat to customer and company specification.
• Greet and serve customers, providing product knowledge and assistance with purchases.
• Prepare the counter and pre-pack areas, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
• Carry out stock rotation and product sampling.
• Receive deliveries and complete the required paperwork.
• Distribute special offer materials and support general store operations.

• Previous experience in retail butchery.
• Proven customer service excellence with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Able to support, deliver and train new team members.
• Flexible, deadline-focused and able to work well under pressure.
• A strong communicator who can work on own initiative.
• A keen interest in developing a career within the trade.
