As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our Parts Department, supporting both our workshop and retail customers while helping to drive department performance and customer satisfaction.

The Role About the Role

Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Ensure all customer transactions are completed accurately and in line with company policies and procedures. Provide a trusted and efficient service that enhances the customer experience and encourages repeat business. Process goods inwards, receipt stock accurately, and issue parts efficiently to workshop jobs. Accurately identify, source, and price parts using manufacturer systems and electronic vehicle health checks.

Support workshop productivity by ensuring technicians receive required parts promptly and efficiently. Order parts quickly and cost-effectively, balancing customer needs with business efficiency. Manage the return of warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Ensure all parts are stored, labelled, and located correctly to manufacturer and company standards. Verify all deliveries against orders, recording discrepancies and ensuring stock is correctly allocated and stored.

Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who:
