Location:Designate Role – willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location. Base store address:
Ards Shopping Centre, Newtownards, County Down BT23 4EU
Hours per Week:39 hours
Shift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary:Up to £31,600 per annum

The RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager Designate,you’lltravel between different stores in your area,supportingwhereyou’reneeded most.

Day to dayyou’llwork alongside the store manager to:
- Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
- Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
- Bringing fresh ideas from yourpreviousexperience inretail management, ideally 1+ years
- Passion for customer service & sales.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
- This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
