About the role:Samsara is on a mission to power the connected operations that keep the world moving. We are looking for a quality focused, resilient Sales Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This is a role for a hunter in the recruiting world—someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and understands the grit required to succeed in sales. You will be responsible for the engine room of our growth, hiring the next generation of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs).

- Partner with Sales Leaders: Collaborate closely with Sales managers to align on hiring plans and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.

- Goal-Driven
Experience:
5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. - GTM Hiring: 3+ years hiring in-demand in technology sales.
- Sales DNA: A strong understanding of the sales profile; you know how to identify hunters because you have that same goal-oriented mindset.
- EMEA Expertise: Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries (UK, France, Benelux, or Germany preferred).
- Resilience: A scrappy approach to hiring—you are curious, persistent, and always looking for a way to get the job done.
- Communication Mastery: The ability to clearly articulate expectations and persuasively sell the Samsara opportunity to candidates.
- Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume priorities without losing quality or candidate experience.
