Driver with Caring Duties required to work with our client the SEHSCT, the main hub will be Ards Hospital to collect and return the Bus. This role is on a temporary basis, initially for 3 months with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours a week working Monday to Friday 8am until 4:30pm. The rate of pay is £12.75 per hour.

The main duties for this role include transporting service users and staff for social and educational outings, assisting service users into and out of vehicles, providing assistance to those in wheelchairs or walking aids, securing clients when in transit and participating in group activities.

• 6 month’s previous experience in a similar role
• Hold a Full Category D Driving Licence with no restrictions
• Hold a current Driver’s Qualification Card
• Experience using passenger tail lifts, ramps and ancillary equipment
• Willing to undergo an Access NI
