Clarke Family Medicine – Western New York

Clarke Family Medicine is a physician-owned private family medicine practice in Western New York seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our practice.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in outpatient family medicine and become an important part of an established, patient-centered practice.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position in an outpatient family medicine setting.

The position will involve providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, working closely with our physician and clinical team.

We are interested in both experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and strong new graduates who are looking for a supportive environment in which to develop their clinical skills.

Responsibilities

● Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to established and new patients

● Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions

● Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care

● Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

● Order and interpret appropriate laboratory testing and diagnostic studies

● Provide patient education and preventive health counseling

● Participate in women’s health services, including Pap testing, contraception management, and evaluation and treatment of menopausal symptoms

● Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team

● Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

What We Are Looking For

● Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license

● National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner

● Current prescriptive authority/eligibility in New York State

● DEA registration or eligibility

● Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

● Genuine interest in practicing comprehensive family medicine

● Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the physicians and clinical team

● Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, continuity-focused patient care

Experienced FNPs are encouraged to apply, but motivated new graduates with strong clinical training are also welcome.
