We’re seeking a Crew Lead with hands‑on demolition or construction experience and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience leading crews in the construction, demolition, or related trades and is passionate about safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

• Lead a crew of demolition technicians on various job sites
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team leads
• Oversee daily site logistics, setup, and cleanup
• Track and report crew hours, project progress, and material needs
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
• Uphold the company’s commitment to Communication, Transparency, Quality, and Efficiency

• 1–3 years of experience leading a crew in demolition, construction, or similar field
• Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards
• Ability to read and follow project plans and scopes
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Starting pay: $25/hour (with opportunities for growth)
