PRN Direct Support Professional (contracted)
The PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) is to provide care and support to participants in our residential homes. The PRN DSP will be called upon to cover shifts when regular DSPs are unavailable, ensuring continuous and quality care for our participants. Additionally, the PRN DSP will assist with administrative duties such as transporting participants to medical appointments and helping with various administrative tasks as needed.

This is an in-person role, enabling you to directly engage with participants and embody the compassionate spirit of our ministry.
Compensation is competitive, with hourly base rates of $18.00 plus $300 each week of On-Call.
On-Call responsibilities:- Required on-call for three weeks each month, with one week off for rest.
- Must remain within one hour of the Central Office for emergencies (preferably within 30 minutes)- PRN DSP's will clock in while en route to residential shifts and are compensated for up to 30 minutes of commute time per shift.
- Residential Shifts will not exceed 16 hours per day.
