• Operate machinery to drill glass to specific shapes and sizes per manufacturing instructions.
• Set up and adjust cutting equipment (lathe, microscopes), monitor the cutting process.
• Inspect finished products for quality and perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience operating precision machinery.
• Proficiency in operating machinery for precision drilling, measuring, and inspecting product.

• Ability to travel 75% to a Miami, FL facility for ongoing training during the first year of employment.

• Experience in glass forming.
• Use of measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges.
