• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC experience & EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to participate in after‑hours/on‑call rotation
• Basic tools + reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Lead all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete resident service requests and oversee apartment make‑readies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising maintenance and grounds staff
• Coordinate work with vendors and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Manage inventory and help maintain the maintenance budget
• Provide top‑tier service to residents, teammates, and guests
