Cleantron is Dutch company that engineers and produces Li-ion batteries in Nieuw-Vennep, close to Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our advanced batteries are used in many different applications such as Micro Mobility, Defense, Construction / Agri Equipment and all kinds of Industrial Equipment.

As COO, you hold end-to-end responsibility for Cleantron's operational strategy, procurement, and supply chain. In this executive role, you optimize the value chain from component to finished product, ensuring scalability, margin improvement, quality, and supply reliability.

You manage the procurement, logistics, supply chain, and quality departments as well as the production manager, translating our growth ambitions into future-proof operations.

• Developing and executing the operational and supply chain strategy.
• Professionalizing procurement policy and supplier management (risk & cost reduction).
• Implementing and leading a mature S&OP process to optimally align supply and demand.
• Managing, coaching, and further developing the operations and procurement teams.
• Expanding the digitalization and automation of operational processes.

• At least a completed Master's or Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• At least 8-10 years of operational management experience, including several years in a role with end-to-end responsibility (e.g., Director Supply Chain, Head of Procurement, or Operations Manager).
• Proven track record in procurement (negotiations, vendor management) and supply chain.
• Experience with change management and process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with quality management (ISO 9001).
• Strategic vision combined with a pragmatic mindset.

A blend of human, technical, and logistical expertise. Essential qualifications include a master's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or in Operations Management, ideally complemented by experience in management position. You master the English language.
