Skillsoft is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a Hybrid role based in Nieuwegein, Netherlands covering the Benelux Region. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues for customers.
- Understand customer goals and align our solutions to support their success.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, addressing queries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Track customer engagement and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, adjusting quickly to new situations and challenges with a positive mindset.
- Thrive under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Employ strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations and find effective, creative solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English to diverse audiences.
- Maintain a results-oriented focus, consistently achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with an MBO background.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
