Trend Groep zoekt een klantgerichte Customer Service Specialist die dagelijks contact onderhoudt met klanten, orders verwerkt in het ERP-systeem en de voortgang bewaakt. Je draagt bij aan een soepele afhandeling van aanvragen en levert uitstekende service.
Je werkt in een betrokken team met ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling, een volledig door werkgever betaalde pensioenregeling en kansen voor opleidingen. Deze fulltime functie biedt 40 uur per week, met bespreking van 32 uur.
