Een kliniek gespecialiseerd in obesitasbehandeling in Nieuwegein zoekt een Zorgcoördinator voor 32 uur per week. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor patiëntencontact, het verzetten van afspraken, en ondersteuning van het behandelteam. Je zorgt voor een goede afhandeling van correspondentie en medische gegevens. De functie vraagt om organisatietalent, communicatieve vaardigheden en de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig te werken.
