Een organisatie voor maatschappelijke ondersteuning in Nieuwegein zoekt een ambulant gezinsbegeleider. In deze rol begeleid je gezinnen met complexe problemen in hun eigen omgeving. Je werkt planmatig aan concrete doelen, waarborgt de veiligheid en evalueert samen met het gezin. Je hebt een HBO-diploma en bent SKJ-geregistreerd. Het salaris ligt tussen de € 3.191 en € 4.766 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur.

Er zijn uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.
