Interakt Contour zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor 24 uur per week in de regio Lekstroom (Houten, Nieuwegein en IJsselstein). Je ondersteunt kwetsbare volwassenen bij zelfstandig wonen, vaak met een combinatie van (licht) verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische problematiek of verslaving.
De rol vereist flexibiliteit, empathie en een rijbewijs. Je werkt zelfstandig met een divers team en bouwt mee aan positieve zorg in de gemeenschap.
