Order Picker in Freezer

Are you ready for a new challenge as an order picker? Join our team in Nieuwegein and work in the freezer department, where the temperature is
-23°C. Your main task will be picking orders using a paper pick list, but you may also help out with other tasks if needed. Each morning you start at 7:00 AM and work until the orders are finished. At the end of the shift, everyone helps each other so all finish at the same time. Expect to work on Saturdays at least every other week, with a 150% pay allowance for Saturdays.

If you work on Boxing Day, you get an impressive 300% allowance. Please note, there is no Christmas holiday in the first year. For your safety and comfort, you will receive special freezer clothing and protection, including shoes, suits, gloves, and hats. This position requires basic English language skills (A2) – you need to understand simple instructions and communicate with your team.

• You are accurate and work well in a team
• You have basic English skills (A2) – basic language skills are sufficient for this position: understanding simple instructions and communicating at work
• You can handle work in a cold environment (-23°C)
• You are available to work Saturdays every other week
• You have not had more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years

You will be working in the logistics and food sector, handling the preparation and collection of frozen products for delivery. The environment is professional, supportive, and focused on teamwork, with everyone helping each other to get the job done efficiently. The workplace is well-organized, and there is a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99; paid weekly
• Free transportation to work by car or traditional bicycle. In the case of an electric bicycle, the cost is €10/week
